Dr. Çağdaş Çağlar LAÇİN
Periodontist
Dr. Çağdaş Çağlar Laçin completed both his undergraduate degree and his specialty training in periodontology at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry (Çapa) and has authored numerous international scientific publications. During his dental education he trained at the Oral Surgery Clinics of Wroclaw University Faculty of Dentistry in Poland on an International Association of Dental Students (IADS) scholarship.
While still a student, his research earned him a place in the DENTSPLY student programme, and representing Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry he won second prize with a research presentation before an international jury.
His main areas of focus are the treatment of gum diseases and dental implant applications. He regularly attends international congresses, symposia and courses in these fields and continues to submit scientific papers. He pursues his academic work as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Periodontology, Istanbul Kent University Faculty of Dentistry.
